The Axiom too and Axiom too HS coordinate measuring machines are unique coordinate measuring machines right on the floor of the workshop. A separate measuring room may not be required.

Fast, accurate and reliable, the Axiom too is available in four sizes up to Y1500 mm. The machine can be manual or CNC with touch and / or camera system.

Since the turn of the year, we have used Aberlink’s new AXIOM too HS coordinate measuring machine.

We have equipped the machine with a 5-axis top and automatic probe change as well as a video measuring head. Of course, the CNC software also has a measurement against the 3D model.

With this combination of accessories and software, we are able to measure all the soft and hard 2D and 3D pieces that fit on the machine table, he continues. The Aberlink measuring machine is a cost-effective machine for the engineering environment. It has temperature compensation and the table is a vibration damping aluminum cell, which is covered with a granite plate. The software is directly recognizable with features so the user does not need a day’s training.

There is also the new Aberlink CAD programming, an offline programming module that can be used to demonstrate remote programming to clients.
