Laser safety and pollution

• Fully enclosed (CE)
• Window in the front of the machine is made from CE standard laser protective glass
• The potentially harmful gasses can be filtered with a filter unit . The filter unit sucks the gasses from the machine and filters it back to the room. This also saves the Leikkauksen synnyttämät savut voidaan suodattaa sisätiloissa.
• Includes a filter unit (HEPA) and a high pressure air compressor

3rd generation Aviation Aluminum Gantry

The gantry is made in specifications of aviation standards and has been pressure die casted to its form with 4 300 tons of force. After tempering its strength is 6061 T6, highest value in any gantry available. Aviation aluminium has multiple benefits such as strength, weight, corrosion durability, anti oxidization and low density which greatly increase the processing speeds.

Body or bed

Welded, tempered, machined body, weight 4500 kg (3015 model) is essential to support heavy sheets and enables vibration free cutting.

Cutting head

The cutting head has auto focus that allows the focus to be perfect for each material in different stages of the cut. Automatic focusing is roughly ten times faster than manual. The head is water cooled which makes it possible for the laser head to achieve a very long life time.

The machine is equipped with high quality components from world leading manufacturers,German Atlanta racks, Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and German Neugart reducers. Using high quality components from well known brands makes it possible for the LF3015P to achieve exceptionally long life time.

Installation is done by 2 to 3 Rensi engineers. The customers’ most important materials will be test cut and parameters will be saved on the machine. The customer will also be trained to make parameters for new materials and how to use and maintain the machine. The installation usually takes about one week.
