Kuitulaserikoneen ominaisuudet
- Depending on the needs of the user, the machines can be manufactured with different laser sources, normally IPG, the size standard is 1.5 x 3 m.
- The resonator has a modular structure. If you want to upgrade a 1 kW resonator to a larger 2 kW resonator, you can do so by adding new modules to your existing resonator. The resonator can be changed up to 6 kW.
- The path of the laser beam does not have any mirrors or optical parts. Because the flexible fiber optic cable transmits laser light without loss, the power dissipation is 0 (zero).
- The fiber laser is equipped with a cutting head of a well known brand.
- The machine has a very low power consumption. In a 2 kW machine, the clear consumption is 20 kW and 32 A fuses. The 4 kW in turn has 37.25 kW and 80A fuses.
- Mechanically strong and rigid frame.
- Automatic double pallet – one is unloaded and loaded while the other is inside the machine.

Third Generation Aviation Aluminum Gantry
The gantry is manufactured to aviation standards and pressed in its shape on a 4,300-ton die-casting machine. After the emission treatment, its strength is 6061 T6, a value that is the greatest strength of any gantry, or bridge. Aerospace aluminum has many advantages such as good strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, low density and properties that greatly increase the processing speed.
Pallet changer
The pallet changer works so that one pallet is always in the machine and the other outside the machine, this allows loading / unloading while machining.
The bed
The welded, released and machined bed, weighing 4,500 kg, is sturdy and vibration-free, which is very important in the laser cutting process. Naturally, the bed is released and machined before attaching the large square linear bearing guides.
Segmented smoke extraction
The machine is equipped with ceiling fans and segmented smoke extraction, compressed air hatches allow suction exactly where it is needed.
Cutting head
The cutting head can focus automatically. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens, especially when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The piercing may have a negative focus and the cutting may have a positive focus. Autofocus is about ten times the speed of manual adjustment.
Adjustment range is -10 mm… + 10mm (slightly depending on model), accuracy 0.01 mm, operating range 0… 20 mm thicknesses.
The long service life is due to the fact that both the collimator lens and the focus lens have a water-cooled heat sink, which lowers the temperature of the cutting head and improves the life time of the cutting head.

The machine is installed by Rensi engineers together with the customer. The customer’s most important materials are tested and the most important cutting values are perfected. The Rensi installer already has knowledge of CypCut/HypCut control and software (auto nesting, nesting, track making, flycut, etc.). Installation and training takes about 7-10 days for the customer, depending on the machine variant.
