Efficient Solutions for Industrial Needs

COMMUNICATION METHODS

Fairino’s Real-Time Control and Status Information Communication enables:

    • control of robotic arm movements
    • transfer of welding parameters and process data
    • Real-time monitoring of status data (errors, collision detection, I/O signals)
  • Integration with Welding Equipment: In Fairino’s welding cobots, the controller communicates with the welding equipment:
    • digital I/O signals
    • or via manufacturer-specific serial communication/Ethernet protocols. This allows the robot to automatically adjust the welding current and feed rate, as well as turn the arc on and off.

1. DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

It supports digital data communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, CANopen, EtherCAT, and Modbus TCP, and can be connected to welding machines equipped with various industrial Ethernet and fieldbus interfaces. Fairinon’s advanced welding features, such as groove tracking, require digital data transmission to the welding machine.

2. ANALOG COMMUNICATION

Supports analog communication via analog I/O and digital I/O interfaces, enabling one-click configuration of the welding machine and robot.
