GreMaT F Series
The GreMaT F Series is a state-of-the-art, highly efficient vertical machining center designed to meet the stringent requirements of modern industry. This machine represents state-of-the-art CNC technology, and its development has focused specifically on speeding up manufacturing processes and significantly improving production efficiency. The machine is ideally suited for versatile and precision-demanding milling applications and has established itself as a reliable production machine in numerous demanding industrial sectors.
The machine was designed with user comfort and workplace safety in mind. It features an ergonomically designed control panel that makes daily operation smooth and reduces user strain. A fully enclosed protective structure and a door equipped with a safety lock ensure that the work environment remains clean and safe in all situations. The machine also features an automatic lubrication system, which extends the service life of mechanical parts and reduces the need for maintenance.
This machining center is capable of moving workpieces and tools exceptionally quickly between axes, which reduces downtime and maximizes the number of finished parts per day. An efficient automatic tool changer ensures that transitions between different work stages happen in the blink of an eye. To ensure the machine maintains its extreme precision even during long production runs, its critical electrical and mechanical components are protected by a dedicated cooling system that prevents errors caused by temperature fluctuations. Overall, the machine offers a reliable, long-lasting, and high-performance solution for companies looking to take their production to the next level.

Guidance
Available with both Fanuc and Siemens controls. These familiar and powerful controls make commissioning easy and seamless. Of course, Siemens and Fanuc also offer the option of 4- and 5-axis machining.
Additional Axles
4- and 5-axis accessory mount for those who want to mount a rotary axis on the table to increase the flexibility of their application.
Automatic Tool Measurement
Automatic tool setting and workpiece measurement make the machine easy to use and help the operator save time.
Spindle-through cooling
Coolant is directed directly to the machining area and all the way to the tool tip by channeling it through the spindle and the channels inside the tool itself.
Spindle Oil Cooler
An oil cooler that regulates the oil temperature based on the room temperature can be installed on the machine, enabling long-term, continuous operation at high rotational speeds.
Transmission
The spindle, equipped with a gearbox, offers two different speed ranges for high and low torque.
One-piece raised column
When it is necessary to increase the distance between the worktable surface and the spindle head—for example, to accommodate a table-mounted fixture or a rotary axis—the machine column can be raised. The one-piece monoblock design ensures rigidity and reliability.
