Forklift Sheet Metal Rack – is an industrial material-handling and storage system designed for the safe and efficient transport of large sheet metal materials by forklift in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and metal fabrication environments.
The system is based on a reinforced flat structure that enables stable forklift lifting, controlled load distribution, and safe storage, removal, and internal transport of sheet metal.
The system supports sheet lengths of up to 4,000 mm. This limitation is determined by the forklift’s stability and load balance, as sheets that are too long can cause an uneven weight distribution and increase the risk of bending.
Each storage level is designed to withstand loads of up to 3 metric tons, making the system suitable for steel sheets, aluminum sheets, and other heavy industrial sheet materials.
The system integrates seamlessly with cutters, laser cutting systems, and plasma cutting lines, enabling a continuous flow of material between storage and production. Compared to traditional wooden pallet solutions, it offers better structural stability, lower handling risk, and higher storage efficiency.
