Manual Bore Unit

The bore unit provides first-class accuracy for manual drilling and threading. Its independent fine feed enables quick adjustments and precise machining feel, which combines the flexibility of traditional machining with the efficiency of modern CNC control in demanding one-off production processes.

High-Performance and Precise Main Shaft

The BM series shaft is manufactured from high-grade alloy steel and dynamically balanced to ensure vibration-free operation. High-quality P4 precision bearings and efficient power transmission guarantee high torque and sustained accuracy in demanding milling, drilling and keying across all speed ranges.

Precise and backlash-free double nut

The machine uses pre-tensioned double nuts on the X and Y axes, which eliminate backlash and ensure excellent positioning accuracy. This design ensures smooth movement and high rigidity, which is critical in demanding milling, where repeatability and tight tolerances are required.

Fagor Control
