The iReal M3 can meet the 3D data acquisition needs of multiple sizes and materials in various situations thanks to its two infrared lasers. Its infrared VCSEL and infrared parallel laser, which have passed safety standards, do not harm human eyes. These two light sources are invisible and can provide friendlier and more pleasant scanning experiences. The iReal M3 has two different fill lights that can be controlled separately. The invisible infrared fill light can improve marker recognition and adaptation to black material, while the LED fill light can improve the brightness of colour alignment.
Strong performance
The iReal M3 has basic accuracy up to 0.1 mm and volumetric accuracy up to 0.25 mm/m. It can meet the needs related to 3D data collection in various industrial scenarios. With a resolution of up to 0.1 mm, the iReal M3 can reconstruct high-resolution geometric structures and capture fine details of edges, easily handling scanning tasks of objects over 5 cm. The iReal M3’s scanning speed reaches up to 60 fps, significantly improving scanning efficiency.
Suitable for dark and light colours
Compared to colour lasers, infrared light sources (invisible light) are relatively less absorbed when projected onto differently coloured surfaces. Thus the new iReal M3, combined with infrared lights, is better suited for 3D scanning colourful objects. With strong material adaptability, it can 3D-scan industrial parts and automotive exterior and interior surfaces that have black and reflective surfaces.

Hybrid alignment modes
When objects are full of continuous, non-repeating and richly varied geometric/textural features, you can scan them directly using geometry and feature alignment. Targetless 3D scanning and one-button activation improve on-site work efficiency. When objects do not have sufficient geometric or textural features, hybrid alignment mode (target and feature alignment) can be used. Just attach several markers to featureless areas, and you can align scans smoothly.
Smoother, easier to use
Large scanning area: A large field of view (FOV), up to 580 mm x 550 mm, enables fast and accurate scanning of medium and large objects. Deep Depth of Field: 720 mm scanning depth of field and better operational consistency help you get started easily.
Suitable for dark and light colours
The iReal M3 is optimised for scanning objects with high colour contrast thanks to its unique structured light decoding algorithm. The software automatically applies the most correct overall exposure when 3D-scanning objects with dark and light colours. It is perfect for users who want a simple and smooth 3D scanning experience.
Algorithm optimisation for human body scanning
