The particularly robust PM-H series utilizes high-rigidity slideways that effectively dampen vibrations and enable exceptionally high load-carrying capacity during demanding heavy-duty machining. Precise power transmission and long strokes

The machine’s long-stroke ball screws are protected by additional mechanical support systems, and their precisely calibrated preload completely eliminates play, ensuring smooth and precise motion. Controls

The PM series is equipped with the popular Fanuc control system. The control package includes the AICC function, which enables “high-speed” milling.

Milling Heads

For advanced machining, we offer a variety of milling heads as optional accessories to meet a wide range of needs. Available options include swivel A/C milling heads, ±45° adjustable universal milling heads (universal heads), which are suitable for angled and complex shapes, as well as fixed-angle milling heads, such as 30° and 60°, for specific angle machining. Customers can select heads according to project requirements, which expands the machine tool’s capabilities and improves machining efficiency and accuracy

Powertrain

Long-stroke ball screws, which are essential in high-precision machines, are subject to the risks of compression and deflection. Additional support systems are installed to bear the loads, which maintains the precision of the power transmission. Ball screws are preloaded to compress the components and eliminate play, ensuring smoother operation.

Guides

The PM series uses extremely rigid box guideways and linear guides, depending on the machine’s design, which offer good vibration damping and wear resistance as required.
